Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development:

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers locally and internationally.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements.

Establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Raw Material & Packaging Procurement:

Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials (e.g., CO₂, sugar, flavors, concentrates) and packaging materials (e.g., bottles, caps, labels, cartons).

Coordinate with production planning for forecast-based procurement.

Equipment and Spares:

Procure machinery and spare parts required for the maintenance and operation of bottling and carbonation lines.

Liaise with technical and engineering departments for specifications.

Inventory Management & Cost Control:

Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts or excess stock.

Monitor purchase costs, market trends, and global commodity pricing.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to procurement procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Production, Finance, QA, and Logistics teams to align procurement activities with overall factory operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in procurement in a manufacturing setup, preferably in FMCG or beverages.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Working knowledge of customs, import/export procedures is a plus.

Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
