We are seeking a Procurement Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food, beverages, and supplies while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure fresh ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies.

Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages/overstocking.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Track budgets, payments, and prepare procurement reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

2–5 years of procurement experience (F&B/restaurant only)

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of inventory and cost-control processes.

Proficiency in MS Office/procurement systems.
