Key responsibilities
Degree or Diploma in Textile or Textile Processing.
Extensive experience in fabric dyeing, finishing, and process optimization.
Proficiency in SAP systems.
Strong communication skills in English; computer proficiency preferred.
Age below 45 years.

Continuous Dyeing Machines
Fabric Dyeing Machines – Jet Dyeing, Jigger Dyeing, Stenter, Dye Padder, Bad Batching Machine, Goller Machine
Key Expertise:
Expertise in continuous dyeing machines for blended fabrics.
Single Bath Double Dyeing (SBDD) for Disperse & Vat dyeing.
Extensive knowledge of dyeing techniques, including Disperse, Vat, Reactive, and Sulphur.
Jet dyeing for Polyester, Viscose, Cotton, and blended fabrics.
Shade matching, Lab-to-Bulk matching, and Spectrometer-based color measurement.
Understanding of fastness properties, including sublimation, washing, rubbing, and light fastness.
Experience in camouflage printing for uniforms and bedsheets.
Knowledge of finishing processes such as Water Repellent, UV Protection, Moisture Management, and Calendaring.
Production planning and quality assurance for dyeing, printing, and bleaching operations.
Expertise in chemical finishing on cotton, PC, nylon, polyester, and taffeta fabrics.
