Who can repair & maintain XEROX, Canon & HP Printers
Willing to act as key player in challenging and innovative environments.
Have good experience in recovering the machine back to functional from dead condition.
Desired candidate profile
Ability to troubleshoot visual print defects, print engine and MFP devices
Ability to easily replace fusers, install maintenance kits and feed rollers
Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve
issues as quickly as possible
Ensure that there is sufficient support to clients and provide friendly
customer service to users
