Job Title: Preparation Plant Operator
Direct/Indirect Reports:
Crush/Solvent Plant Manager
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (a technical qualification is advantageous).
- Operate machinery such as crushers, conveyors, screens, and mixers to prepare raw materials for further processing.
- Monitor equipment during operations to ensure it is running efficiently and safely.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and specifications.
- Load raw materials into processing equipment.
- Ensure that the correct materials are used in the preparation process.
- Monitor the quality of materials throughout the preparation process to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and tests to check
- Able to Prioritise
Multitasking
Communication skills on all levels
Available during breakdowns
- Manage time effectively.
Skills and Attributes
- Able to interact at middle management
At least 2-3 years of experience in an industrial
operations or related field may be preferred.
