Experience
 +6 years of technical support experience in IBM Mainframe
z/OS security concepts.
 Experience in WebSphere Data Power:
 + 3years experience in Administering, developing and
deploying code service projects& multi-protocol gateways
projects with IBM WebSphere Data Power.
 +3 years of WebSphere application server v6 and higher /
Portal server family of products:
o installing, customizing, maintaining, trouble shooting
and tuning WebSphere application server
o deploying large web-based enterprise applications using
IBM WebSphere Portal Server is a big plus

 Experience of Web development, including Servlets and JSPs.
 Knowledge of WebSphere Message broker & IBM Integration
Bus is highly recommended
 Strong time management, organizational and communication
skills (Teamwork Skills is a must)
 Webservice Development is highly appreciated
Tasks

1. Installation, customization and configuration of new releases of

IBM Data Power, WebSphere Application Server / Portal server
in Development and Production environments.as well migration
of mentioned products between releases and versions.

1. Maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting WebSphere

application server / Portal server.

1. Web based application development.
2. Setting up security management.
3. Consultancy to developers and management staff.

1. Presentation of technical papers to staff and management.
2. Training junior staff

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree 
2. Excellent in written and spoken English 
3. Experience in IBM WebSphere Data Power is a high priority
4. Experience in IBM WebSphere application server / Portal

server.
