· 10+ years of total experience ‐ Must be well versed in industrial electronics/process control, with extended experience in customer support, sales, engineering and manufacturing

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home appliance Circuit design

· Experience designing complex analog and digital circuitry utilizing state of the art technology.

· Successful implementation of designs and transference to and ongoing support within the production process.

· Experienced with the circuit design implementations of various electronic components such as 32‐bit microcontrollers, DSP’s, SoC’s, analog and digital filters, logic gates, flash memory, SRAM, OP‐AMPS, programmable logic devices, instrumentation amplifiers, oscillators , real time clocks, etc.

· Experience designing with various Power electronics Components, such as Power MOSFETS, IGBTS,…

· Experience with analog and digital (including CPLD and FPGA) circuit design for control, modulation, protection and communication

· Experience designing with DSPs and/or FPGAs to implement advanced digital control and modulation algorithms

· Experience of controlling and driving electrical machines such as brush and brushless DC motors, and induction motors

· Experience in designing high frequency magnetics and transformers for use in PWM designs

· Experienced with electronic circuit interfacing design techniques for advanced microcontrollers, memory devices, analog and digital sensor inputs, network interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, RS‐232, RS‐485 etc.

· Experienced with advanced CAD systems applied to electronic circuit design (Altium Designer, Catia) and simulations (SPICE) to ensure the highest reliability designs meeting all customer needs in diversified environments of use.

· Familiarity with compliance with domestic and international regulatory compliance standards relating to safety, EMC and environmental requirements.

• Work with product sales/marketing group to ensure that product marketing requirements are fully reflected in engineering design documentation including a review of anticipated system interfaces and analysis that give clear indication of risk areas and areas where incremental capabilities are available.

• Develop a comprehensive Engineering Hardware Product Requirement document that fully defines the hardware requirements and capabilities.

• Design responsibility of electronic circuitry that support product requirements detailed in Engineering and Marketing product requirement documents

• Work with manufacturing and test engineering to ensure developed products are manufacturable, with a focus on optimized assembly and test processes

• Work with PCB layout and Mechanical engineering to ensure products meet the Engineering and Marketing product requirement documents and meet appropriate certification test requirements.

• Work with firmware engineers to ensure that products support the architectural requirements and that design verification firmware is developed to verify hardware compliance to the design requirements.

• Work with domestic and international certification agencies (UL, FCC, CE etc) to ensure developed products are in compliance with the appropriate requirements.

• Review technology trends and solutions to ensure designs reflect state of the art capabilities

• Confer with engineers, customers or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.

• Generates creative solutions, translates concepts and information into images, uses feedback to modify designs, applies design principles, and demonstrates attention to detail.

• Observe of new technologies (technology trends) to make early recognition of emerging technologies.

• Research Proactively (operational research ) for new technologies to act as early warning system for relevant technological changes

• Manage internal , external idea generation

• Bring new technology to an organization

• Identify Emerging Technologies

• Map, scout and track new technologies to match btw. These new technologies and our internal requirements

• Review new developed technology to make sure there are no conflicts between a new technology and an existing patent

• Register New patents and following up with their status
