Looking for Poultry Farm manager from India with at least 8+ years of experience

Accountable for effective, high quality farm management within stringent safety standards while ensuring farm maintenance
of a motivated team, consistently.

Responsible all operational & technical issues related to farms and chicken processing plants with having total capacity of 100
thousand Layer and Broiler , Hatchery and sales and marketing of DOC sales,frozen chicken sales.
 Accountable for effective, high quality farm management within stringent safety standards while ensuring farm maintenance
of a motivated team, consistently.
 Responsible for effective management, nutrition, hygiene & health, housing & environment ensuring company guidelines &
Production standards pertaining to “Production” are followed Pest control & bio security program for Layer premises.
 Handled routine flock health maintenance program & established guidelines for “Good Health Management” encompassing
Vaccination, medication, Disinfection & Bio-security program, supervising and following up on different types of vaccines
methods like: vaccinating with spraying, drinking water, subcutaneous & intra-muscular injection.
 Maintained observation records, observed the animals for body temperature changes, stool and urine observations, hydration
levels, lethargy, feeding and eating responses, and Stress levels.
