Key responsibilities
As such, you are responsible for:
- Manage all agronomic aspects related to plantations: nurseries, development, harvesting and
maintenance of the latter,
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of infrastructure on site (roads, bridges, villages
etc.),
- Supervise the workforce on site including team leaders and workers during the harvest
period.
Desired candidate profile
Profile sought for the position:
- An agronomist by training, you have a first similar professional experience of at least three
years on an isolated site in Africa, Asia or Latin America.
- Experience in supervising oil palm plantations.
- Passionate, you are organized, meticulous and result-oriented.
