Key responsibilities

Desired candidate profile
Desired Qualifications for a Plant Manager (Glue Factory):
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master’s degree) is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Specific experience in glue manufacturing or a similar industry is highly desirable.
Proven track record of managing plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and staff management
