Protocols
A primary operational mandate is maintaining continuous, structured engagement with supervising engineering teams to prevent bottlenecks and secure progress approvals:
- Day-to-Day Liaison: Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the Resident Engineer
and Client Representative on-site, conducting joint walk-throughs and structural inspections.
- Request for Inspection (RFI) Management: Establish strict 24-hour advance notice
protocols for foundation inspections, pile socket verification, concrete pours, and layer compaction testing.
- Site Clarifications & Design Variations: Facilitate prompt resolution of site technical
queries, material approval submittals, and formal response handling for variation orders.

meetings with client representatives to align on schedules, logistics constraints, and monthly interim payment certificates (IPCs).
- Heavy Fleet, Quarry & Workshop Operations
Operational management encompasses total lifecycle and runtime efficiency for heavy earthmoving, piling, and aggregate crushing plants:
- Fleet Allocation & Tracking: Real-time telematics tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, and optimized deployment of excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, and dumpers across active project sites.
- Quarry & Blasting Administration: Supervision of statutory drilling and blasting patterns, explosive inventory tracking, crusher throughput optimization, and sieve gradation control.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Implementation of scheduled lubrication, oil sampling, undercarriage inspections, hydraulic testing, and emergency mobile workshop dispatch.
- Supply Chain & Critical Spares: Inventory control of fast-wearing parts (jaw plates, cone liners, cutting edges, filters) to minimize idle machine time.
- Governance, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory mining, environmental, and occupational safety
regulations (NEMA, Mining Act, DOSHS standards).
- Enforce heavy equipment safety protocols, operator certifications, and daily pre-start
inspections across all project corridors and quarry faces.
