Roles and Responsibilities: The Key role of a PRE is to:
A. Carry out free diabetes and heart health screening camps in the identified
markets.
B. Physically meet the patients assigned by the clinic and counsel them to effectively
manage their disease condition based on the protocols built by the clinic.
First 30 to 45 days of Joining:

1. Carry out market research in the first 45 days of joining to map the market

potential around the clinic as per the assigned geography.

1. Identify potential residential societies, corporates, rotary clubs and other

social clubs and associations for carrying out free diabetes and heart health
camps.
Daily Routine

1. Carry out the free screening camps in the morning period (7 AM to 9 AM) ;

one every day as per the monthly master market beat plan

1. Meet the patients assigned by the clinic in the assigned geography between

11Am to 3PM and counsel them as per the protocols laid down by the clinic.

Competencies:

1. Communication Skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (for the

Goregaon clinic)

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

1. BSC Life Sciences- Preferred/
2. Experience in healthcare- field based jobs.
3. 1-2 years of experience
