Overseas Education Counsellor who will be consulting to the students who wants to take Education from Abroad Universities, Client has tied up with abroad universities so counsellors has to consult the student about their tied up universities if students are looking admissions in other universities instead of tied up universities..

Salary scale
They have different branches as mentioned below so you have to look counsellors from near by cities...
Tier 2 cities Cochin, Coimbatore, Thrissur, Kottayam – Counsellor salary will be Fixed INR30,000 + INR15,000 variables (Per annum 3.6 lakh fixed + 1.8 Lakh variables)
Training & Probation
7 days mandatory training will be provided at our corporate office Thrissur, Kerala.
All expenses for Travelling, Accommodation & meals will be borne by the company.
No pay will be there during theoretical training.
14 days Practical training will be there at the branch where the candidate is entitled for the salary.
Min 3 sales required for the job confirmation.
Target 10 sales/month
Min 5 mandatory sales (No incentive). Above 5 sales will have INR3,000 incentive per sale
