Key responsibilities
Role Overview:
Lead our state‑of‑the‑art lens surfacing and glazing operations to deliver superior quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role with immediate availability required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee optical lab operations: surfacing, edging, polishing, tinting, glazing, and quality control.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation.
Provide technical servicing and maintenance of lens lab machinery and equipment.
Lead and develop a high‑performing team.
Desired candidate profile
Requirements:
Experience: 8–10 years in an Optical Lab, with at least the last 3 years (up to 2026) as Lab Manager.
Strong laboratory management and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of digital/freeform lens production and quality systems (advantage).
Hands‑on approach: willing to get involved in detailed technical work, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving.
Passion for quality, efficiency, and innovation.
