The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the flexographic printing machine to ensure high-quality print output while adhering to production schedules and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor the flexographic printing machine.

Ensure proper ink, substrate, and plate setup for accurate printing.

Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Report production data and any machine-related issues to the supervisor.

Primary Skills / Requirements:

Experience operating flexographic printing machines.

Knowledge of inks, substrates, and printing processes.

Ability to detect print defects and make necessary adjustments.

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing preferred.

Experience:

10+years in flexographic printing or similar printing operations.
