Supervise site installation teams and ensure smooth project execution
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers
Ensure quality standards, timelines, and operational efficiency
Handle multiple projects simultaneously across factory and site
Resolve technical challenges related to fabrication and installation
Desired candidate profile
6–8+ years of strong experience in the aluminium glazing industry
Solid knowledge of Curtain Wall Systems, Slim Sliding Systems, and Casement Doors/Windows
Proven experience managing aluminium fabrication factories and site installations
Strong understanding of aluminium sections, glazing details, and installation methods
Ability to lead teams, manage production, and deliver projects on schedule
Highly responsible, proactive, and result-driven professional
Ready to relocate to the UAE
