Nature of Work:

Production Management:
Supervising and coordinating daily production activities in the cassava starch plant. Planning and
scheduling production runs to meet demand.

Process Monitoring:
Monitoring and controlling the cassava starch extraction process. Ensuring that the production
parameters are within specified ranges.

Quality Assurance:
Implementing and maintaining quality control measures. Conducting regular checks to ensure the
produced starch meets quality standards.

Equipment Operation:
Overseeing the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production process. Conducting
routine inspections to identify and address equipment issues.

Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly. Collaborating with maintenance teams to

Safety Compliance:

Experience and Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Several years of experience in the operation of starch processing plants. Specific experience in cassava
starch production is beneficial.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting equipment used in starch processing. Knowledge of
control systems and instrumentation.

Quality Management:
Understanding of quality control processes in food production. Experience in implementing and
maintaining quality assurance procedures.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to quickly identify and address operational challenges. Proactive approach to preventing issues
and optimizing processes.

Communication Skills:
Effective communication skills to coordinate with production teams. Ability to convey operational
