he Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily production operations of both tyre retreading and tyre recycling lines, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise tyre retreading and recycling operations end-to-end.

Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and productivity.

Monitor production KPIs, quality standards, and downtime.

Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability.

Train, guide, and evaluate shop-floor staff.

Maintain production, quality, and inventory records.

Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

5–8 years of relevant industry experience.

2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong hands-on experience with retreading and recycling equipment.
