Provide regular updates to Consulting Systems Manager and team members of
progress, challenges and achievements.
 Assist in project setup and configuration.
 Assist Sr. Project Managers as well as accounting team with data updates,
corrections and troubleshooting issues during billing cycles.
 Ensure all User data is accurate, keeping in line with additional systems such as UP
and NetSuite. Address any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
 Ensure reporting data tables are accurate, up to date and have continued
accessibility to Power BI dashboards. Create ad-hoc reports as needed.
 Expand new joiner trainings with one-to-one follow up trainings to ensure compliance
and understanding of critical components.
 Manage 400+ users across 19 countries providing world-class support across all
Talogy OpCos.
Your role may require you to undertake additional tasks in order to provide effective service to our
internal and external clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related
field. 
 Proven experience with OpenAir or similar project management systems, preferably
within a consulting or professional services environment. 
 Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively across teams. 
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 
 Knowledge of psychometrics or talent management principles is a plus.
