Job Summary

Looking for an online product merchandiser and communicator. The candidate will need to have a detailed understanding of running an online business. This includes product planning & organising, wholesale business operations, customer preferences/responses to queries, back-office operations & maintenance and identifying issues and developing solutions for this.

1. To maintain the smooth running of our wholesale and Alibaba website by keeping track of data such as Products availability, presentation and consumer trends.

1. Dealing with international customers by responding to and solving queries regarding our products and order processing.

1. Maintaining customer contacts and informing them about new product launch via emailers, whatsApp and social media.

1. Organising the positioning of a product & category and website design to maximize visibility. Daily updates to the CEO about sales and returns.

1. Periodically measuring and reporting to the management on the performance of the different platforms we use to engage with our customers.

1. Social media management and designing of banners, posters for better marketing visibility.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1. Detailed knowledge of online product management, marketing, and sales principles

1. Understanding of website back hand running.

1. Must be Proficient in Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and basic video editing skills.
