. ERP Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP deployment across:

o Poultry Operations (layers, broilers, feedmill, slaughterhouse)
o Real Estate (property sales, leasing, tenant accounts, service charges)
o F&B (restaurant POS, kitchen production, stock management, menu costing)

• Gather requirements from business units and map them into ERP workflows.
• Coordinate timelines, assign priorities, and drive timely implementation.
• Handle user onboarding, training, testing, and change management.
• Build process documentation, SOPs, and analytic dashboards.

1. Odoo Custom Development:

• Customize and develop new Odoo modules to support:

o Poultry: Batch production, egg/meat costing, feedmill analytics, by-product tracking, slaughter processing
o Real Estate: Unit availability tracking, tenant lifecycle, recurring rent invoicing, maintenance workflows
o F&B: Recipe management (BoM), POS sales integration, COGS breakdown, kitchen stock flow

• Implement multi-company structure with shared and separate ledgers.
• Create real-time dashboards and reports (daily P&L, cost per bird, property returns, outlet profit margins).
• Design Odoo Spreadsheet templates for feed intake, egg production, broiler tracking, and daily sales uploads.

1. Financial Integration & Accounting:

• Design and implement accounting flows, journals, and analytic accounts across all industries.
• Ensure batch-wise, property-wise, and outlet-wise cost allocation using analytic tags and plans.
• Integrate FIFO inventory valuation, internal transfers, landed cost adjustments, and real-time COGS tracking.
• Maintain chart of accounts per Tanzanian financial standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors or accountants as needed.

1. Support & Maintenance:

• Provide hands-on support to users across companies.
• Ensure regular backups, version control, and system security.
• Optimize ERP performance and upgrade paths.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and development.
• Strong accounting foundation and financial process understanding.
• Proven ability to lead complex ERP rollouts across multiple sectors.
• Technical skills: Python, PostgreSQL, XML, Odoo ORM, JavaScript.
