Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo development,
customization, and implementation. You will be responsible for designing,
developing, and maintaining Odoo applications to meet our business needs and

Key Responsibilities:

1. Odoo Customization and Development:

o Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific
business requirements.
o Extend existing Odoo functionalities and create new modules from
scratch.
o Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.

1. Technical Support and Maintenance:

o Provide technical support for Odoo-related issues and troubleshoot
problems.
o Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system
stability and security.
o Optimize Odoo performance and ensure scalability.

1. Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:

o Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business
requirements.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project
managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

1. Documentation and Training:

o Create and maintain technical documentation for Odoo modules and
customizations.
o Train end-users and internal teams on Odoo functionalities and best
practices.

1. Quality Assurance:

o Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and
functionality of Odoo applications.
o Implement best practices for coding standards and version control.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
 Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in Odoo development and
customization.
o Proven experience with Python programming and Odoo framework.
o Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases and Odoo ORM.
o Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML) is
a plus.
 Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory,
Accounting, HR).
o Experience with Odoo.sh or other Odoo hosting platforms.
o Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
 Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
 Odoo Certification is a plus.
 Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
 Knowledge of other ERP systems or open-source technologies.
