overtime rules:

Depends on various factors, such as shortage of staff due to absences, unexpected leave, increased patient acuity or unexpected emergencies that require additional work beyond regular shift hours etc., however overtime hours are capped at a maximum of 30 hours per month per person, monitored daily.
Overtime work must be approved by the Hospital Management before it is worked;
Employees to fulfil their weekly obligated shift hours, before they can tap into overtime hours;
No overtime work for two weeks upon return from sick leave.

Briefing:
In job details we say that there will be "refundable deposit of INR 75k will be applied" if you are selected for the position, since selected candidates will be required to visit South Africa for an exam and the flight tickets and stay for the same will be sponsored.
Selected nurses will be required to get their documents attested and the color scanned copies of that will be required to be sent to SA along with authorization to apply for their nursing license application there.
Overall the process will take about 3 to 4 months from the date of selection.
