ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate sales thru Cold Calling: All size prospects/ customers viz. Auto paint shops, Body repair

workshops, Car dealers OEM, Govt. vehicles, etc.

1. Payment collections
2. Oversee Dispatch / Deliveries wherever/whenever required
3. Rapport/ Relationship building with all Customers and other critical stakeholders in the market viz.

Insurance companies, Transporters, Earth-movers, Brokers, Major garage owners, etc.

1. Communicating to customers clearly all positives of our product offerings, Quotes, Objection handling,

Impart confidence in customers about our product & aftermarket support offerings

1. Work in conjunction with the technical person for Demos, Queries, Sample approvals, etc.
2. Organize Marketing activities viz. Promotion schemes, Collection discounts, etc.
3. Comprehensive market combing, to cover the market fully, must obtain knowledge of all deals, even of

the strong competitor, loyalist customers.

1. Develop market intelligence to understand emerging market trends and new opportunities.
2. Sales activities reports (weekly, monthly, market info, etc.) to the line manager. Work and interface

effectively with the management teams for all the support required from the organization

EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum 2 years experience in direct sales of Auto Refinish preferably Gulf experienced but not
necessary.
 Gulf driving license will be an added advantage
 Basic knowledge of MS Office
Educational Qualification: Graduate preferably with Marketing background.
