Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Network Engineer with 3-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining data network infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, and providing support to users, staff members, and clients. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Configuration and Maintenance:

Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure the reliability and performance of the network infrastructure.
Implement network changes and updates as required.
Network Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting to diagnose and rectify connectivity, latency, or performance problems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex network problems.
User and Client Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, staff members, and clients.
Assist users in resolving network-related problems and inquiries.
Offer guidance and training on network best practices.
Network Security:

Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Monitor network traffic for security incidents and take appropriate actions.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
Generate network performance reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Network Upgrades and Expansion:

Plan and execute network upgrades and expansion projects.
Ensure that network infrastructure is scalable and aligned with the organization's growth.
Vendor and Stakeholder Interaction:

Collaborate with network equipment vendors for procurement, support, and warranty issues.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in data network engineering and administration.
Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, etc.).
Experience with network devices from various vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
