Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
Design and plan open‑pit/underground mining operations.
Prepare short‑term and long‑term mine plans.
Ensure daily production targets are met safely.
Coordinate drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling activities.
Monitor equipment performance and optimise utilisation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and mine regulations.
Support cost control, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
Collaborate with geology and plant teams for ore flow scheduling.
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering.
7–15 years of mining site experience (operations + planning).
Overseas/remote project exposure preferred.
Knowledge of mine planning tools (Surpac/Datamine).
Strong leadership and field execution skills.
