: As a Mid-Level Accountant, you will be responsible for handling a range of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. You will work closely with senior accountants and financial managers to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Handle general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Prepare and process payroll, including deductions and tax filings.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
