Watch for compliance with the company's Safety and Health Policy/Procedures by the
Maintenance staff in the company. Respect and implement the Quality Management
Policies and Procedures. (Clear any doubts with HM and/or POM).

• Ensure your understanding of the company's Quality Policy in the context of MS ISO 9001-

1. (Discuss with HM / QM and or POM for clarifications).

• Controlling and maintenance of all mould sets/equipment and company infrastructure and

related accessories as per instructions from HM and/or POM.

• Upkeep all relevant registers to track and approve the overall maintenance of

mould/equipment as well as the wear and tears of parts.

• Perform daily repairs as per request from HM/ POM.
• Register and report any damage caused on tool/mould sets/infrastructure by shift workers.
• Attend regular Safety Meetings held by HM / SHO

Follow closely the instructions given by HM / POM.

• Identify and report sources of mechanical hazard and non-safe conditions of operation.
• Maintain housekeeping in your workplace to the highest standards of cleanliness at all

times.
