Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, valves, piping systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Perform fabrication, welding, and repair of machine structures, platforms, supports, and conveyor systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures to minimize machine downtime.
Replace and maintain bearings, gearboxes, couplings, shafts, belts, chains, and seals.
Inspect, overhaul, and align pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.
Ensure proper operation of compressors, hydraulic presses, conveyors, and utility equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Coordinate with electrical and production teams during maintenance activities and plant shutdowns.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plant mechanical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of piping, fabrication, valves, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery.
Candidates from tyre, rubber, recycling, plastics, cement, steel, paper, chemical, packaging, or other manufacturing industries are preferred.
