Maintaining Safety & Quality as per the procedure.
Platforms Gratings &handrail installation.
Reconciliation of received structure, raw material, bolt & gratings.
Co-ordination with Clients regarding inspection & design related issues during erection at site.

Position: 4 to 5+ Years
Mechanical Engineer / have experience with conveyor belts
Responsible for maintenance & operations of Stacker cum reclaimer (3500 tph). Maintenance of hydraulic motors & power pack (Hugglunds) for slew drive, hydraulic cylinder with power pack (Vickers) for Luff drive. Planning and Replacement of various parts to prevent the major breakdown according to client requirements. ••••Installing new conveyor belts with the conveyor layout. Checking of liner plates for chutes & buckets. Maintenance of centralize lubrication system for Slew ring, long travel, bucket wheel. ••Maintenance of reduction gearbox with force feed lubrication system for long travel & reversible boom conveyor, planetary gearbox for bucket wheel drive. Dealing with clients regarding maintenance & operation schedule.
