Mechanical Design Engineer, this Engineer needs to develop a deep understanding of design specifications based on customer requirements, organizational goals and business strategies. Conceptualize and develop solutions based on project requirements and Company standards through the use of simulations/modelling to support design concepts used.

He must be able to carry out detailed cycle time study for individual modules to select the appropriate machine or module design.

Develop a 3D model of the machine and/or modules assigned with optimised design for manufacturing, cost, quality and safety.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics, 1- 3 years’ experience mechanical design of automated machines
Proficient in Solid works -3D design tool and AutoCAD -2D design tools.
Good knowledge of standard component selection such as Pneumatic components, Servo Motors, Stepper motors, Servo actuators,
Robots and other mechanical assembly components.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Mechanical design of automated systems. Strong interpersonal, statistical and analytical skills required
Knowledge about basic machine control systems is an advantage.
