Main Objective:
Ensure maintenance, preparation, and repair of construction machinery and equipment used on sites.

Reporting Line:
Reports to Operations Director.

Education & Experience:

Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance (construction/mining).

Expertise in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and site safety standards.

Knowledge of operating construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance: Service excavators, bulldozers, cranes; coordinate periodic maintenance; replace worn parts; complete maintenance records.

Emergency Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical faults; repair and replace defective parts to avoid site delays.

Team Management: Coordinate maintenance teams; train mechanics; prepare reports; train operators to prevent breakdowns.

HSE Compliance: Follow company safety procedures; maintain a clean and safe workshop; contribute to continuous improvement.
