Marketing Manager - Scholarships

Lock&Stock is looking for a smart, committed and passionate individual to join our Marketing
Team as Marketing Manager - Scholarships. The person recruited for this role will be responsible
for promoting our network of university partners and university scholarships, generate quality
leads for our admissions team and manage our Scholarships themed social media pages.
The primary platform you will be working with is www.securemyscholarship.com.

Responsibilities:
● Overseeing marketing budget to generate quality leads for admissions team.
● Managing social media pages for Scholarships promotion.
● Managing referral program for effective lead generation through referrals.
● Conduct outreach to influencers for mass marketing.
● Liaise with the admissions team to conduct webinars and other promotional events.
● Liaise with marketing managers at universities to optimise promotion.
● Analysing marketing metrics and data to optimise campaigns.
Requirements:
● Candidate must have 3+ years of brand related marketing.
● Candidate must have prior experience in handling social media pages, creating content
calendars and optimising social promotion.
● Candidate must have prior experience in working with lead generation campaigns.
● Candidate must be fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English and Hindi.
● Candidate must be organised and efficient in all tasks assigned.
● Candidate must be a self-starter.
● Candidates who have prior experience in the higher education industry will be given
preference.
