Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 8 yrs of
experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role

• Experience: 8+ years in marketing, preferably in FMCG, vending, beverages, or Horeca sectors.
• Proven expertise in performance marketing with CPA, CGA, and other key marketing KPIs.
• Strong B2B and B2C marketing experience with a focus on data-driven growth.
• Experience in customizing marketing campaigns for different regions and demographics.
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and marketing automation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
• Leadership skills to manage a high-performing marketing team and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive scalable marketing

initiatives.

Data-Driven Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Implement key performance metrics (CPA, CGA, ROI, CAC, CLV) to measure marketing

effectiveness.

• Track and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) to improve marketing spend efficiency.
• Conduct Customer Growth Analysis (CGA) to enhance retention and lifetime value.
• Use data analytics and A/B testing to optimize campaigns for better conversion rates.
• Develop a feedback loop for continuous improvement based on market performance and analytics.
