Below is the highlight of key responsibilities:  Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.  Develop and execute business strategies that drive company growth, increase market share and grow profitability.  Manage the leadership team and foster a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration and innovation.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - regulatory agencies, distributors, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.  Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring product quality.  Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the LPG (oil and gas) downstream sector.

The Person  The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a senior leadership role within the energy industry, with expertise in driving operational success and managing diverse teams preferably in the LPG industry.  A relevant degree qualified, seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, preferably within the LPG space.  Demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex multi-location operations.  Strong leadership, people management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.  Experience in regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental management.  Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving operational excellence.  Candidates with prior experience in Nigerian market will have an added advantage. 
