Job Role:

Ø The incumbent will be the chief training content strategist for the bank who would create and manage content for all the products and services, central operations etc for Fino Payments Bank

Ø The incumbent’s content initiatives should ensure customer engagement and positive customer experience

Ø The incumbent will ensure success from the content consumption and representation stand point with demonstrable creative writing skills in the BFSI domain.

Ø The incumbent will be responsible for development and enhancement of Learning Management System for Bank’s Employees and Business correspondents

Ø Responsible for upkeep of training repository for the bank with all latest products and services on Learning Management System, YouTube channel, Chatbot and Product related updates on the Bank’s Website and other digital mediums of the Bank

Ø Responsible for the developing digital training tools – training videos, training quizzes, training snapshots for end users using engagement techniques

Ø Responsible for conducting train the trainer sessions for field training team for new products and services
Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for developing, creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals

Ø Conduct user tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and make recommendations based on those results

Ø Identify the relevant content across the digital assets which users are interested in and come up with new & engaging content.

Ø Stay up-to date with developments and generate new ideas/ themes to draw audiences’ attention .

Ø Implementation and facilitation of Training Plans for the designated region

Ø Ensure optimization of existing and new content based on the brand strategy and the design of the digital assets.
Ensure Employee Training Coverage as per defined levels.

Experience & Skills :

Ø Awareness of Product, Process trainings in the Financial Services Industry highly preferred website in BFSI space

Ø Flair towards conducting training programs

Ø Creative mindset to develop engaging training content in byte size formats

Ø Degree in any field

Ø Excellent writing skills in English

Ø Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

Ø Expertise in use of content management services or any specific LMS is highly preferred.
