Must have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in reputed Rent A car
company
 Must be sales oriented and achieve set targets.
 Complete knowledge about rental and lease agreements, cost sheet
preparation and vehicles procurements.
 Work closely with channel partners to identify leads and business
opportunities. Develop and implement sales forecasts and marketing
plans.
 Manages and build loyal relationships with existing and potential
customers in the professional car rental market segments
 Review and monitor the overall performance of branches, including
the timely performance evaluations and hiring of additional resources.
 Develops and train Branch In-charges on sales programs to facilitate
profitable growth, convert business, and increase market share within
existing and new customers
 Maintains constant awareness and knowledge of all facets of the
professional rent a car industry including recognizing sales/market
trends and competitive activities
 Analyze, prepare, and submit a monthly report which includes
customer locations, by product category, percentage share,
challenges, opportunities, and potential new customers.
 Excellent follow up and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualification: Automobile Engineering with MBA
Added Advantage: Arabic speaking and GCC experience
