Key responsibilities
The candidate must come from the same industry, i.e., PVC pipe, PVC conduit, or plastic extrusion manufacturing.
They should have hands-on experience operating PVC extrusion machines.
They should also have a maintenance background, capable of troubleshooting and maintaining the production machinery.
Therefore, Maintenance Engineers with experience in PVC pipe/conduit manufacturing would be ideal
Desired candidate profile
The key requirement is experience in PVC pipe/conduit extrusion manufacturing with strong machine maintenance knowledge, and willingness to join a startup plant in a hands-on role that offers managerial growth over time
