Hiring: Manager – Finance & Accounts (NBFC)
Location: Pune, India
Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 8–10 years in Finance & Accounts (preferably NBFCs; Banks acceptable if strong F&A background, not pure branch ops)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee finance operations: AP/AR, GL, payroll, treasury, cash flow, reconciliations.

Manage financial reporting & MIS (IND-AS), yield/NIM analysis, board-level presentations.

Ensure RBI compliance – Master Directions, LCR/ALM, CRAR, disclosures, audits.

Handle securitization & DA accounting, PTC reconciliations, investor reporting.

Support treasury & ALM activities – liquidity planning, ALCO reports.

Lead budgeting & forecasting for disbursements, collections, branches, KPI monitoring.

Drive audit & governance – internal/statutory/RBI audits, closure of findings.

Work on ERP systems (Tally, Oracle, SAP), automation, and

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in IND-AS financials (standalone & consolidated).

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365.

Knowledge of treasury, taxation, revenue management.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

High integrity, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced setup.
