Key responsibilities
Hiring: Manager – Credit Risk (MSME), NBFC
Location: Pune
Timings: Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Openings: 1 | Full Time
Desired candidate profile
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA), 7–10 yrs exp.
Must have NBFC/Banking exp. in MSME lending.
Strong in credit underwriting – Business Loans, LAP, Equipment Loans, Supply Chain Finance.
Expertise in financial statement analysis, ratio analysis & cash flow projections.
Familiar with credit scoring models & RBI compliance.
Key Role:
Underwrite MSME loan proposals as per policy.
Evaluate borrower financials, collateral & business models.
Monitor portfolio & identify early warning signals.
Ensure credit policy & regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with Sales, Ops, Legal & Risk teams.
Support digital underwriting & automation initiatives.
