Key responsibilities
- To organize and supervise the execution of settlement for clients and other related needs with excellent service standard.
- Ensure the settlement operations are running in accordance with the rules laid down in the departmental operating instructions manual all times.
- Work closely with Treasury, product and other team and other division of the bank for funding requirement and other operating requirements.
- Responsible for settlement related functions within wider cash settlement teams.
- Ensure timely settlement of cash flows and investigation and resolution.
- Responsible for various reconciliation activities and posting across products.
- Understand needs and sensitivity of internal and external clients and proactively ensures these are met.
Desired candidate profile
- Ensuring Timely and accurate completion of MIS and should be good in analytics.
- Understanding of new age digital products. Should be familiar with banking system like CBS.
- Should be escalation point for issues and discrepancies with external and internal counterparties.
- Require to handle audit queries .
- Communication and interpersonal Skill
