• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
• Handle monthly book closure, bank reconciliations, financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
• Manage donor funds, grant accounting and fund utilisation reporting.
• Oversee statutory, internal, FCRA and IFC audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, Companies Act and CSR-related requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Strengthen financial controls and drive process improvements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance with Accounting specialisation.10+ years of relevant experiencein Finance & Accounts.Prior experience withcharitable foundations, Section 8 companies, CSR entities or non-profit organisations.Strong knowledge of accounting, audits, budgeting, donor/grant fund management and statutory compliance.Working knowledge of FCRA regulations is required.Note:The client is also open to profiles with strong accounting knowledge, even if they come from a non-NGO background.
