Key responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties:
1- Follow up on implemented preventive and corrective maintenance measures
2- Follow up on the implementation of maintenance tasks as per the maintenance schedule
3- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
4- Review filled records as required by FSMS
5- Keep maintenance room clean and well organized
6- Make sure to keep maintenance tools and chemicals stored in their specific area
7- Maintain inventory of repaired equipment and supplies
8- Communicates findings with plant manager
9- Respect hygiene rules when implementing any maintenance task inside the production or food related area
10- Responsible of maintenance waste collection and storage until further dispatching
11- Follow up on the maintenance technician work
12- Communicate food safety findings with involved personnel
