Key responsibilities
Data generation, analysis and corrective actions for prevention of breakdowns.
Spare Management related to Machine Spares & maintain them at minimum inventory level.
Developing and maintaining equipment health check up formats like LLFs (Look Listen Feel) planned maintenance formats.
Accomplishing the preventive maintenance schedule timely.
Desired candidate profile
Experienced in beverage industry, to mantain and fix filling line of Pet and glass bottles
Root cause analysis of breakdown by the use of problem solving tool WHY-WHY analysis.
Quality checking for all finished food goods and dispatch Beverage preparation, CIP validation. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Management of production documentation. Review of technical reports. Excellent in training the new trainees for routine production dept. Supervision & monitoring in production.
