o Familiarity with MIMO technology and modulation techniques (e.g., QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM).
o Expertise in OFDMA and SC-FDMA principles.

1. Network Design and Optimization:

o Experience with RF planning and optimization for LTE networks.
o Ability to use RF design and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave, TEMS, or Actix).
o Proficiency in link budget calculations, capacity planning, and coverage analysis.
o Hands-on experience with LTE KPI analysis and performance monitoring.

1. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

o Strong skills in identifying and resolving network performance issues.
o Experience with drive testing and analysis tools (e.g., Nemo Outdoor, TEMS Investigation).
o Ability to interpret network logs and troubleshoot faults in the LTE network.

Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
Relevant certifications such as LTE RAN Optimization, Certified LTE Professional, or similar qualifications.
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
o 10 years of experience in LTE network engineering or a similar role.
4 Hands-on Experience:
o Configuration and maintenance of eNodeB equipment.
o Experience with core network interfaces and protocols (S1, X2, etc.).
o Practical experience in parameter tuning, load balancing, and interference mitigation.
