technology, skills, and support
 Manage availability of transport capacity to manage
business requirement and proactively work to manage
the business plan/growth
 Manage all the supplier to deliver required services
through negotiation, contract management, service
review and reduce cost including our own fleet
 Responsible for key performance metrics in the area of
cost, cash and service
 Manage all queries and requirements for Customs
Clearance and coordinate accordingly with Legal,
Regulatory, Internal Control and other functions.
 Ensure logistics operations are compliant to QA,HS&E ,
Legal, Internal control requirement to the
company/local market
 Develop capable people through effective on-boarding,
training and coaching.
 Manage people in line with the Company's principles,
policies and plans.
 Manage various projects time to time and ensure
deliverables according to the project
 Implement continuous improvement program to
develop new process and implement for efficient
warehouse management
 Proactively work on assessing risk and prompt
mitigation to meet business growth and business
continuity
 Implement capacity planning process to match the long
term business growth plans in terms of warehousing &
transportation
 Managing close coordination with principles to ensure
business requirements are met effectively.

Pallett space) and /transportation operations in a fast
turnaround operations with a team size of 200-300
 Exposure to cold chain operation
 Proficiency in MS Office.
