• Preparing Purchase Orders based on the actual requirement after careful consideration of the physical stock availability, movement analysis, market share, competition, selling price etc
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Analyzes daily product movement and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
• Manages schedules of Loading and unloading, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations
• To facilitate the furnishing of data for short and long-term planning with a controlled inventory.
• Coordination with Suppliers and Warehouse Incharge
• Organize, store and monitor the distribution of goods to ensure items and resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations
• Familiarity with Tally and data entry system
• Excellent Organizational skills with problem solving
• Basic budget Management skills
• FMCG background

• Bachelor Degree minimum
• Maths proficiency
• Great written and verbal communication
