Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
 Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
 Utilize logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures
 Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and
requirements
 Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they
meet needs
 Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and
mutual satisfaction
 Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
 Keep Statistical logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, pending orders,
orders to place etc.
 Prepare accurate reports for upper management
 Keeping a log of all price trends and vendor communication history
 Prepare timely activity reports for upper management
 Quality control & inspection management with the vendors.
 Travel to ensure efficient processes and control of the supply chain and quality control for
all orders.
 Liaison with the inspection companies to ensure the inspection norms and regulatory
compliances must be adhered to.

5+ years proven experience as logistics coordinator
 Ability to create strong vendor relations
 Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements to ensure all logistical measures
being followed
 Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
 Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
 BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
