We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator
to join our team immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the logistics and shipment processes for Exporting Shipments.
• Manage sea shipment clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Handle customs inspection processes and resolve any issues promptly.
• Liaise with shipping companies, customs agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods from the supplier's

warehouse to both our client's warehouse and our own warehouse.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inspections, and customs documentation.
• Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, specifically within the FMCG industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food sea shipment clearance procedures and customs inspection

processes.

• Strong understanding of India customs regulations and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability to join immediately.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related

field.

• Experience: Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the

FMCG sector.
