Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and
other surveying equipment.

• Collect and analyze survey data to determine land features, boundaries, and other

characteristics.

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to support planning and

design.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and property

boundaries.

• Interpret civil engineering plans and specifications to assist with layout and staking.
• Perform construction staking and as-built surveys as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey data and field notes.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment, including GPS units, robotic total stations, levels,

and data collectors.

• Utilize CAD and GIS software for drafting and data processing

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Diploma, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field
(preferred).

• Minimum (3-5) years of relevant surveying experience.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments, GPS systems, and AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar CAD

software.

• Strong knowledge of land survey principles, methods, and legal regulations.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
